Warum werden die Produkte, die auf dem Postweg verschickt werden, mit Plastik und „Chips“ geschützt, wenn das Unternehmen behauptet, umweltfreundlich zu sein?
éméo kauft kein neues Füllmaterial für den Versand, oder nur sehr wenig, weil wir so viele Verpackungen (Luftpolsterfolie, Verpackungschips, etc…) von unseren eigenen Lieferanten haben, dass wir sie wiederverwerten, anstatt sie wegzuwerfen.
Sind die éméo-Produkte vegan?
Die meisten unserer Produkte sind vegan, einige enthalten jedoch Bienenwachs und Manuka-Honig.
Sind die Produkte an Tieren getestet?
NEIN, auf gar keinen Fall!
Liefern Sie außerhalb der Schweiz?
Ja, wir liefern außerhalb der Schweiz über unseren Partner Asendia
Warum sind einige Ihrer Produkte manchmal lange Zeit nicht lieferbar?
Wir sind von den Lieferterminen unseres Labors abhängig und es stimmt, dass es manchmal zu Lieferverzögerungen kommt. Sie können uns gerne eine E-Mail schreiben, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Unsere Rohstoffe kommen aus der Natur und es kommt vor, dass einige Ernten weniger ertragreich sind als andere. Das wirkt sich manchmal auf unsere Lieferanten aus, die ihrerseits keinen Lagerbestand mehr haben und wir müssen manchmal einen anderen Lieferanten suchen. Dies hat widerum Auswirkungen auf die Lieferzeiten.
Sind die Eméo-Produkte Bio
Ja, unsere Produkte sind biologisch und Natürlich. Wir sind von Bio Inspecta zertifiziert.
Kann man im Geschäft von Marly mit Kreditkarte bezahlen?
Ja, es ist möglich, im Geschäft mit Kreditkarte zu bezahlen. Wir akzeptieren alle Kreditkarten und Twint.
Kann ich nach dem Auftragen der éméo-Produkte in die Sonne gehen?
Ja, es gibt keine Kontraindikationen. Wenn Sie in die Sonne gehen, empfehlen wir die Verwendung einer Mineral-Sonnencreme auf biologischer Basis.
Werden die Produkte in der Schweiz hergestellt?
Alle unsere Produkte werden in einem Labor im Kanton Waadt in der Schweiz hergestellt. Wenn möglich, bevorzugen wir Schweizer Lieferanten für unsere Rohstoffe.
Ich mag die natürlichen Düfte von Pflanzenölen nicht. Was raten Sie mir?
Sie können sich direkt mit uns in Verbindung setzen und wir beraten Sie gerne bei der Auswahl von ätherischen Ölen, die, auch in geringer Dosis, die Düfte, die Sie stören, abschwächen können. Fügen Sie keine ätherischen Öle hinzu, ohne vorher den Rat einer kompetenten Person einzuholen.
Hinterlassen die Deos Flecken auf dunkler Kleidung?
Nein, beim Auftragen des Deos bleiben keine Spuren auf der Kleidung zurück.
Ich bin schwanger, kann ich meine tägliche Pflege: Liniment – Hydrolat - Serum fortsetzen?
Das Liniment und das Hydrolat sind für die Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit geeignet, ebenso wie die meisten unserer Seren. Das Acnerium Serum enthält ätherische Öle, Sie könnten es gegen das Serum Alpha Lift austauschen.
Wie kann ich mit den Körperölen das Badewasser vorbereiten?
Sie können zwei Teelöffel Öl auf vier Esslöffel Milch oder auf zwei Handvoll Epsom-Salz (gut mischen) geben. Sobald die Wanne voll ist, geben Sie es in das Badewasser. Viel Spaß beim Baden! Achten Sie darauf, die Badewanne anschließend gut zu reinigen, denn sie kann rutschig sein!
Eine traditionelle Creme hat keine Textur, was kann ich tun?
Ja, es fällt einem manchmal schwer, sich an die Textur von Öl allein zu gewöhnen. Manchmal kann man jedoch etwas Hydrolat in die Handfläche geben, das Serum hinzufügen und mit beiden Händen zu einer Emulsion verreiben. Die Konsistenz wird dann „milchiger“ und wird wie eine Creme aufgetragen.
Wie wendet man das Haarserum an?
Sie können das Serum auf das trockene Haar auftragen und über Nacht einwirken lassen (um das Kopfkissen zu schützen, legen Sie ein Frotteehandtuch auf Ihr Kissen). Eine Haarwäsche am nächsten Morgen reicht aus. Verteilen Sie das Serum auf der Kopfhaut und in den Haarspitzen. Bei sehr trockenem Haar können Sie einen Tropfen in Ihre Hände geben und beim Frisieren durch die Haare streichen.
Ich möchte gerne anfangen, natürliche Produkte zu benutzen. Soll ich mit den herkömmlichen Pflegeprodukten schrittweise aufhören, damit die bereits angefangenen Flaschen aufgebraucht werden?
Es ist auf jeden Fall besser, direkt 100%ig auf Naturkosmetik umzusteigen. Sie wählen den richtigen Zeitpunkt selbst. Naturkosmetik verträgt sich nicht mit konventionellen Pflegeprodukten. Das Gleiche gilt für herkömmliches Make-up. Wenn man gute Ergebnisse erzielen will, heißt es, alles oder nichts.
Ist das Sortiment der Pflegeprodukte von éméo für Kinder geeignet?
Die Butter „Unique“ und die Butter „Calme“ (ab 5 Jahren, da sie ätherische Öle enthalten) sind zur Kinderpflege geeignet. Das Körperöl „La Naturelle“ ist am besten für Babys und Kinder. Wir haben auch unsere Baby-Serie, die für Neugeborene und ältere Kinder ideal ist. Wenn durch die Transpiration unangenehme Gerüche auftreten, in der Regel ab 10 Jahren, ist das Deo „Palmarosa“ die beste Lösung. Bei den übrigen Produkten muss die Situation „von Fall zu Fall“ beurteilt werden. Für weitere Ratschläge stehen wir jederzeit gerne zu Ihrer Verfügung.
Meine Haut sieht schlimmer aus als vorher, seit ich mit natürlicher Hautpflege angefangen habe. Was soll ich tun?
Manchmal durchläuft die Haut eine Art Entgiftungsphase und kann sich verschlimmern, bevor sie sich erholt. Manchmal geht es ihr sehr gut und zwei Wochen später ist sie trocken oder voller Pickel, Rötungen, etc. Das ist völlig normal und nennt sich „Rebound-Effekt“. Die Haut braucht 28 Tage, um sich zu erneuern. Daher kann es manchmal einige Zeit dauern, bis die Ergebnisse sichtbar werden. Testen Sie ein neues Produkt immer in der Armbeuge und lassen Sie es 24-48 Std. einwirken. Weitere Auskünfte erhalten Sie in unserem Blog. Kann ich das Liniment als Make-up-Entferner verwenden?
Ja, man kann das Make-up im Gesicht und an den Augen mit dem Liniment entfernen.
Haben Sie eine Lösung für die Pflege von Haut mit Ekzemen?
Die Butter „Calme“ enthält ätherische und pflanzliche Öle mit anerkannten entzündungshemmenden und antibakteriellen Eigenschaften. Durch ihre Zusammensetzung kann diese Butter gereizte Haut wie z.B. Ekzeme beruhigen. Es ist auch wichtig herausfinden, was die Ursache für das Ekzem ist.
Wie läuft eine Beratung ab?
Die Beratung erfolgt in Marly in einem dafür vorgesehenen Bereich oder online über Zoom.
Welche Bedingungen gelten für eine éméo-Beratung?
Die Beratungen dauern etwa eine Stunde und kosten 90 CHF. éméo bietet Ihnen nach der Beratung einen Nachlass von 10 % auf den Kauf von Produkten an. Im Preis enthalten ist die Beratungsstunde und eine Beurteilung der Situation nach einem Monat. Wir erstellen keine Diagnose der Hautprobleme. Dies überlassen wir einem Dermatologen, der Sie diesbezüglich am besten beraten kann. Bei der Beratung können u.a. sowohl physische, psychische und ernährungstechnische als auch hormonelle Faktoren berücksichtigt werden, die Ihre Haut beeinflussen.
Ich habe keine Ahnung von Naturkosmetik. Kann ich mich trotzdem für die angebotenen Kurse anmelden?
Ja, die Kurse sind für Personen mit jedem Kenntnisstand geeignet. Wir haben zwei Online-Kurse, einen für alle und einen für Personen, die ihre eigene Marke aufbauen möchten.
How do I use the hair serum?
You can apply it to dry hair and leave the serum on all night (you can put a towel over your pillowcase to protect it). You will just need to apply shampoo the next morning. Apply the serum to the scalp and through the length of the hair. You can also place a drop in your hands and comb it through the ends when styling your hair if you have very dry hair.
I don’t know anything about natural cosmetics. Can I still sign up to the training sessions on offer?
Yes, the training sessions are adapted to all levels. We have two online training sessions, one that is open to everyone, and another for those who would like to create their own brand.
What are the conditions of the éméo consultations?
The consultations last around an hour and cost 90 CHF. éméo offers you a 10% reduction on product purchases after the session. The price of the session includes the session itself and a follow-up after one month. We do not diagnose skin disorders, this must be done with a dermatologist, who can advise you better. The consultation helps us to take into account all of the elements that could influence your skin, including physical, mental, food-related and hormonal elements, among others.
What happens during a consultation?
The consultations take place in Marly in a special consultation area or online via Zoom.
Do you offer any treatments to care for skin with eczema?
The “calming” butter contains plant-based essential oils with recognized anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. Thanks to this composition, the butter can relieve skin irritations such as eczema for example. It is also important to try to find the cause of the eczema.
Can I use liniment as a makeup remover?
Yes, you can use liniment to remove makeup from the face and eyes.
My skin has become worse since I’ve started using natural care products, what should I do?
The skin can go through a kind of detox and can get worse before it starts getting better. Sometimes it’s doing really well and then two weeks later, it’s dry or has more spots, red patches, etc., it’s normal and it’s called the rebound effect. The skin takes 28 days to renew itself, and the results can sometimes take longer before becoming noticeable. Always test a new product on the inside of your elbow and leave it for 24-48 hours. Are éméo care products suitable for children?
The most suitable care products for children are the “Unique” and “Calming” Butters (from the age of 5, because they contain essential oils). The “Au Naturel” body oil is ideal for babies and children. We also have our baby range which is suitable for newborns and older. When sweating starts to involve body odor, usually from the age of 10, the “palmarosa” deodorant can be used. For the rest of the products, you need to look at the situation on a “case-by-case” basis. We are available for any other advice you may need.
I would like to start using natural products. Can I progressively stop using traditional cosmetics in order to finish the bottles that I’ve already started?
It is of course better to go straight to using natural cosmetics 100% of the time. It’s up to you to decide when the time is right. Natural products do not marry well with conventional cosmetics, and the same applies for conventional makeup. To get good results, it has to be all or nothing.
I miss the texture of traditional creams, what can I do?
Yes, sometimes it takes time to get used to the texture of oil alone. You can always place a bit of hydrolat in the palm of your hand, add the serum and mix together between both hands. The consistency should then be more “milky” and can be applied like a cream.
How can I draw a bath with the body oils?
You can add two teaspoons of oil in four tablespoons of care milk, or in two handfuls of Epsom salts (mix well). Pour into the bath water once the bathtub is full. Enjoy your bath! Make sure your bathtub is properly cleaned afterwards as it can get slippy!
Do the deodorants leave traces on dark clothes?
No, if you rub the deodorant in when you apply it, no traces will be left on your clothes.
I don’t like the natural scent of plant-based oils. What can I do?
You can contact us directly and we will pinpoint a choice of essential oils that can, even at a low dose, cover up the scents that you don’t like. Do not add essential oils without having first sought advice from an expert.
If I am pregnant, can I keep using my usual routine: Liniment - hydrolat - serum?
Liniment and hydrolat are perfectly suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding as are most of our serums. The Acnerium serum contains essential oils, you can replace it with the Alpha Lift serum.
Can I go out in the sun after having applied éméo products?
Yes, there are no contraindications. If you go out in the sun we advise you to use an organic mineral sun screen.
Are your products made in Switzerland?
All our products are made in Switzerland in a laboratory in the Valais district. We choose Swiss suppliers wherever possible for our raw ingredients.
Do you deliver outside of Switzerland?
Yes, we deliver outside of Switzerland through our partner Asendia.
Is the éméo brand organic?
Yes our products have been certified organic by Bio Inspecta a Swiss Independent certification organism.
Are your products tested on animals?
NO absolutely not!
Are your éméo products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan, but we have some products that contain organic bee wax or organic Manuka honey.
Why are some of your products sometimes out of stock for a long time?
We are dependent on the schedules imposed by our laboratory and we do sometimes have a few delays. Don’t hesitate to write us an email for more information. Our raw materials are natural and at times some harvests are less fruitful from one season to the next, this sometimes has an impact on our suppliers who are then out of stock themselves, and we then have to find a new supplier, which can have an impact on our scheduling.
Is it possible to pay by card in the Marly boutique?
Yes, you can indeed pay by card in the boutique. We accept all cards and Twint.
Why are products sent by the post filled with plastic protections and packing chips, when the company says they care about the environment?
éméo does not buy any new filling products for shipping, or very little, because we have so much packaging (bubble wrap, chips, etc.) that comes from our own suppliers that we reuse it instead of throwing it away.

Oui, les formations sont adaptées à tous niveaux de compétences. Nous avons deux formations en ligne, une pour tous et l’autre pour des personnes désireuses de se lancer dans la création de leur marque.
Quelles sont les conditions des consultations éméo ?
Les consultations durent environ une heure et coûtent 90 CHF. éméo vous offre une réduction de 10% sur l’achat des produits, suite à la séance. Le prix de la séance comprend la séance et un point sur la situation après un mois. Nous ne faisons pas de diagnostique de problèmes de peau, ceci doit se faire chez un dermatologue pour pouvoir au mieux vous conseiller. La consultation nous permet de prendre en compte tous les éléments qui peuvent influencer votre peau, physique, psychique, alimentaire, hormonal etc..

Est-ce que je peux utiliser le liniment comme démaquillant ?
Oui, on peut se démaquiller le visage et les yeux à l’aide du liniment.
Ma peau est pire qu'avant depuis que j'ai commencé les soins naturels que dois-je faire?
Il arrive que la peau fasse une sorte de détox et la peau peut s’empirer avant d’aller mieux. Parfois elle va très bien et deux semaines plus tard, elle est plus sèche ou a plus de boutons, rougeurs etc.. c’est normal ça s’appelle l’effet rebond. La peau prends 28 jours pour se renouveler, les résultats peuvent parfois prendre plus de temps avant de se voir. Est-ce que la gamme de soins éméo est adaptée pour les enfants ?
Les soins les plus adaptés pour les enfants sont les beurres « Unique » et « Calme » (dès 5ans parce qu’il contient des huiles essentielles) . L’huile pour le corps “La Naturelle” est idéale pour les bébés et les enfants. Nous avons également notre gamme bébé qui convient aux nouveaux-nés et aux plus grands. Lorsque la transpiration se manifestera par des odeurs désagréables, dès 10 ans en général, le déodorant «palmarosa » sera indiqué. En ce qui concerne le reste des produits, il faut évaluer la situation au « cas par cas ». Nous restons à votre disposition pour d’autres conseils.
J’aimerais commencer à utiliser des produits naturels. Est-ce que je peux arrêter progressivement les cosmétiques traditionnels afin de terminer les flacons déjà commencés ?
Il vaut clairement mieux passer aux cosmétiques directement à 100%. A vous de choisir le bon moment. Les produits naturels n’aiment pas les cosmétiques conventionnels, il en va de même des maquillages conventionnels. Pour avoir de bons résultats c’est tout ou rien.
Comment utiliser le sérum capillaire ?
Vous pouvez l’appliquer sur les cheveux secs et laisser le sérum agir durant toute une nuit (vous pouvez mettre un linge éponge sur votre oreiller pour le protéger). Il suffira de faire un shampoing le lendemain matin. Appliquez le sérum sur le cuir chevelu et les longueurs Vous pouvez aussi en mettre une goutte dans vos mains et passer sur les pointes lors du coiffage si vous avez les cheveux très secs.
La texture d’une crème traditionnelle me manque, comment puis-je faire ?
Oui, il est parfois difficile de s’habituer à la texture de l’huile uniquement. On peut toutefois mélanger un peu d’hydrolat au creux de la main, ajouter le sérum et émulsionner entre les deux mains. La consistance devient alors plus « laiteuse » et s’applique comme une crème.
Comment faire un bain avec les huiles corporelles ?
Vous pouvez ajouter deux cuillères à café d’huile dans quatre cuillères à soupe de lait, ou dans deux poignées de sel d’Epsom (bien mélanger). Verser dans l’eau du bain une fois que la baignoire est remplie. Bon bain ! Attention à bien nettoyer votre bain après il peut être glissant!
Est-ce que les déodorants laissent des traces sur les vêtements foncés ?
Non, en faisant pénétrer le déodorant en l’appliquant, pas de traces restent sur les habits.
Les parfums naturels des huiles végétales me déplaisent. Que puis-je faire ?
Vous pouvez prendre contact avec nous directement et nous vous aiguillerons sur un choix d’huiles essentielles qui pourront, même avec un faible dosage, atténuer les parfums qui vous dérangent. N’ajoutez pas d’huiles essentielles sans avoir au préalable pris l’avis d’une personne compétente.
Si je suis enceinte, est-ce que je peux continuer ma routine habituelle : liniment – hydrolat - sérum ?
Le liniment et l’hydrolat sont parfaitement adaptés lors de la grossesse et l’allaitement ainsi que la majorité de nos sérums. Le sérum Acnérium contient des huiles essentielles, vous pourriez l’échanger pour le sérum Alpha Lift.
Est-ce que je peux m’exposer au soleil après avoir appliqué les produits éméo ?
Oui, il n’y a aucune contre indication. Si vous vous exposez au soleil nous vous conseillons d’utiliser une crème solaire minérale Bio.
Est-ce que vous produits sont fabriqués en Suisse?
Tous nos produits sont fabriqués en Suisse dans un laboratoire dans le canton du Valais. Nous favorisons dans la mesure du possible les fournisseurs suisses pour nos matières premières.
Est-ce que vous livrez hors de la Suisse?
Oui, nous livrons hors de la Suisse grâce à notre partenaire Asendia
Est-ce que la marque éméo est Bio?
Oui, nos produits sont bio et Naturels. Nous sommes certifiés par Bio Inspecta.
Est-ce que vos produits sont testés sur les animaux

Est-ce que vos produits éméo sont Végans?
La plus part de nos produits sont Végans, cependant certains contiennent de la cire d’abeille ou du miel de manuka.
Pourquoi est-ce que certains de vos produits sont parfois en rupture de stock pour une longue durée?
Nous sommes tributaires des délais imposés par notre laboratoire et c’est vrai que nous subissons parfois quelques retards. N’hésitez pas à nous écrire un courriel pour nous demander plus d’informations. Nos matières premières sont naturelles et il arrive que certaines récoltes ont été moins fructueuse d’une saison à une autre, ceci a parfois un impact sur nos fournisseurs qui sont à leur tour en rupture de stock et nous devons parfois chercher un autre fournisseur, ce qui a un impact au niveau délais.
Est-ce que le paiement par carte est possible en boutique à Marly ?
Oui, il est tout à fait possible de payer par carte à la boutique. Nous acceptons toutes les cartes et Twint.
